MANUFACTURING

METALWORKING SHOP

In this shop, sheet metal is bent into a box on a rolling mill and, using a guillotine, bending and coordinate punching machines, the sheet is processed for the canvas.

PAINTING LINE

In this area, metal frames are first degreased in special baths, then an atmospheric powder is applied to the paint booths and “baked” in a high-temperature oven.

MDF SHOP

Initially, MDF boards are processed on a rotary format-cutting machine, then milling is performed using modern machines. The final touch is the coating of MDF boards with film in vacuum presses.

ASSEMBLY SECTION

This is where the doors are actually assembled – the insulated panels are connected to the painted frames, and the fittings are installed. The final quality control is carried out in this area.

FINISHED GOODS WAREHOUSE

We have chosen a special room for the warehouse that helps us adhere to all storage conditions and quickly track the availability of finished products so that you don’t have to wait.
