GUARANTEES

We guarantee the appearance while maintaining all operational functions of the product for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that the consumer adheres to the established conditions for installation and operation.

Authorized specialists will eliminate defects that arise in the product free of charge or replace defective parts with new ones in case of their irreparable damage.

The warranty period applies from the date of purchase of the product (confirmed by receipt) and is indicated in the warranty card. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer upon presentation by the Buyer of the following documents: service agreement for installation, work completion certificate, warranty card, purchase receipt.

Warranty cases (provided correct usage) include:

• – violation of the geometry of the canvas;
• – deformation of the decorative coating (provided there is no impact from external factors and mechanical damage);
• – factory defect of door furniture.

The warranty does not cover:

• – violation of operation recommendations;
• – in case of unqualified installation of doors;
• – claims regarding the operation of furniture and seals are not accepted in case of contamination of furniture mechanisms;
• – in case of mechanical damage that occurred during: exposure to chemical reagents or other chemically active substances; occurrence of circumstances of irresistible force: natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.) and military actions; repairs carried out by specialists unauthorized by the manufacturer; use of cleaning agents with abrasives, acids, etc.; technical deformation of MDF overlays, PVC film, or seal under the influence of heating or lighting devices, open flames, etc.; impact of external factors: for example, settling dust with high iron content, inclusion of stones or fragments of other building materials during repair work; in case of self-modification of the structure (in size) or installation of mechanisms not provided by the manufacturer;
• – installation work is carried out by authorized manufacturer specialists according to DSTU B V 2.6-11: 2011. Claims regarding the quality of installation work are not accepted if door reveals are not processed within 30 calendar days from the date of installation.

These warranty obligations apply only to products installed at the address specified in the warranty card. Warranty obligations do not extend to third parties who may purchase the product from the buyer.

After the warranty period for the product expires, the manufacturer will provide service maintenance for a separate fee.

IMPORTANT! Warranty service is applicable only to those products whose installation was performed by authorized representatives of the manufacturer, ensuring compliance with all technical and technological requirements for the installation of entrance metal doors.
